Confidentiality Of Information
(1) No notice, information or evidence received to, collected by, the investigating authority in connection with investigation and inquiry in an offence of corruption shall be publicly notified
before filing of case.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in Sub-section (1), the investigating authority may publicize particulars of inquiry and investigation of any matter of public importance which it deems fit as may be necessary.
